JS545Y Bevel Gear Y-Type Slurry Valve
I. Introduction:
The SJS545Y bevel gear Y-type slurry valve is a main control valve for transporting mineral sand slurry in alumina working conditions, which is required to meet the high performance of "three resistances and one prevention", namely wear resistance, pressure resistance, scouring resistance and anti-scaling. At present, the JS545Y bevel gear Y-type slurry valve has fully met the domestic market demand, made certain contributions to the expansion and production increase of the alumina industry, and also enabled the enterprise to achieve better results in foreign exchange earning and foreign exchange saving. This valve is controlled and adjusted by bevel gears, which is easy to use.
II. Product Features:
1. Adopts a pressure self-tightening sealing structure, with a retaining plate pre-tightening the sealing ring. The sealing ring is made of formed flexible graphite, and the higher the medium pressure, the better the sealing performance.
2. Adopts an impact-type handwheel to reduce operating force.
3. The valve seat is embedded in the valve body, with flat sealing. Both the sealing surfaces of the valve disc and valve seat are made of cobalt-based hard alloy by plasma surfacing, which is wear-resistant and scratch-resistant. The valve stem surface is subjected to corrosion-resistant nitriding treatment, and the medium flows in from below the valve disc.

Flange end dimensions in accordance with: ASME B16.5, GB/T 9113.6
Inspection standard: API 598
